This is my story, to tell everyone you don't need to always believe that they stated or advised to you.

Unfortunately,one thing to make a mistake and other to provide the usual NEGATIVE Hungarian attitude towards someone who seeking help.

I was thinking for long time to make this review because if I do listen to her, I would have lost a lot of money.
In 2021 around May I was contacted with them regarding my knee injury. It was starting well, someone promised me a call back which is happened after...
She gave me a call and I told her what happened with me and she said she will call me back with the information, which is kind of a decision they will be able to help or not. I was waiting for that call for two days but nobody called me back. I found the number that she used when she called me, so I called her back. I told her (I think was a different Hungarian lady who answered it) what was promised and nothing happened. I told her my story and she said, ' probably that is why nobody called you because there is no chance to take this to court because who caused this is ... ' But she did not even asked about the circumstances how could this happen! I tried to explain what details were, but she said nobody will care about that. Till today I clearly remember the message was forget this idea to take this to court because no chance.... I was so nervous and disappointed.

I know now it was absolute Hungarian attitude, negative view and basically she had not enough knowledge OR she absolutely did not care about that.
Thankfully I knew this is not true and I did not believe her.
And I can tell they lost a bunch of money with this attitude because I represented myself and the defendant paid a decent compensation before the date of the hearing would be announced.
I know I could get more if I have a proper solicitor. But better to be a litigant person and have a successful experience against a very serious organization, than having a solicitor who is want you to forget your claim.

But, why I mentioned the Hungarian negative attitude?
So, I will start a new claim soon and however I did not want to do, but one of my relatives convinced me to ask them ,maybe they have a clinician who able to make an assessment in that specific area/subject....
I called them and a few days later someone called me back. I told him the story in nutshell but also mentioned I am still remember how she presented that 'forget it...' and I am on the phone only because someone convinced me...
But when I told him more information he (because a man called me this time) started exactly the same attitude ' I don't think so, probably they won't take because.... ' So, the old memories just bumped up immediately and I told him in a second , "you know what.. forget that , I don't care now"
I told him now I will definitely will write this down because I cannot believe the same thing happens again. He said he has not time for this 🙂
It was wasted time again.

I heard exactly the same sentences just as previously in 2021 , just now from a man. Same view with the pessimistic, negative presentation just as a real Hungarian...
Who needs this again ? Not just the material side, she almost destroyed my hope in 2021 to prove it for my former employer I was right..

If you were the same situation you exactly know how important is the positive support with a realistic view to achieve the happy ending.
If they said no or forget it, do not give up, make sure to ask professionals, do search on different platforms...

Munkavégzés közben megsérult a bokám melyben a munkáltató cég felelőssége volt megàllapitható. A Magyar Ügyvéd Angliában ügyvedeihez fordultam segítségért mivel a sérülés következtében nem tudtam folytatni a munkámat.
Első időben kicsit lassan haladt az ügyem, hónapokig nem történt semmi. (Sajnos a pandémia is közbejött.) Végül egy évvel ezelőtt másik ügyvéd, Siobhan vette át az ügyem intezeset. Felgyorsultak az események és 2024. augusztussban sikeresen lezarult.
A kártérítés összege arányban àll az elszenvedett sérüléssel. Sikeres megegyezés született peren kívül.
Nagyon elégedett és hálás vagyok, hogy végig emberséggel, odagigyeléssel, körültekintően jártak el az ügyemben, figyelembe véve az érdekeimet és kéréseimet.

Amikor átvette a kártérítési ügyemet, éreztem, hogy most már biztos kezekbe kerültem, új lendületet kap az ügy és számíthatok valami előrelépésre ezzel kapcsolatban. Bàrmilyen per Angliàban manapság hosszú ideig tartó folyamat. Bizonyítékok gyűjtése (legyen az íràsos,képi,videó,v más egyéb), bírósàgi dokumentáció,illetékek és megannyi elintéznivaló. Utàna kell jàrni ezernyi aprósàgnak,és kibírni a közben múló idő során felgyülemlő bosszúsàgot.
Ebben az utánajàràsban, intézésben, lelki tàmogatàsban és még sok dologban ad meg minden segítséget a Magyar Ügyvéd Angliàban csapata, hogy egy baleset kapcsàn legalább azt a minőségű kàrtérítést megkaphassa a károsult, ami méltàn megilleti.
Az én ügyem is nyert, amiért hàlás vagyok, és bíztatok mindenkit, hogy jogi esetével forduljon ehhez a csapathoz.

Nagyon köszönöm az ügyemben elért sikert melynek eredménye a számlàmon jelent meg!

Pàr évvel ezelőtt a Facebook-on láttam az ügyvédi iroda hírdetését és azt gondoltam hogy elmentem az elérhetőségeteket, mièrt is ne soha nem lehet tudni hogy mit hoz a holnap. Pár hónappal később rájöttem hogy jól döntöttem. A munkahelyi baleset engem sem került el noha, mindent elkövettem a szabályok betartásával hogy ez ne így legyen de mégis megtörtént.
