They took my file and said you were 100% right and it wasn't your fault. After taking it, they said they would accept the first offer and that they couldn't go to court and they couldn't argue with the police report. I had to accept it under pressure. The time was up and it was too late to give my file to another lawyer. If you don't want to be victimized, I advise you to stay away. Respectfully, to the victims.

If there was a chart for the most useless solicitors in the UK, these guys will top it. They've been holding on to a medical negligence case for over 2 years and haven't been able to move it forward. They have now advised that they cannot financially afford to allocate a specialist to review the medical records. It took them 2+ years to figure that out! Now no other solicitor will take the case because it is so close to the legal time limit of a negligence claim. These people ruin lives, not fix them!

"I strongly advise against working with Ersan and Co. Law Office in any capacity. Neither the management nor the lawyers ever provide clear information regarding cases. For instance, they agreed to a 25% fee for my case but ended up deducting 70% from my payment. There are many clients who share similar complaints. If you are considering working with them, you should think twice and never trust them on any matter. They lack both discipline and professional experience; things only go the way they want them to. They never give clear answers about your case. There’s a lot more to say, but I believe you’ll understand by reading the comments from other clients as well."

Don’t waste your time with these people, just like they wasted our time. They are incompetent and not qualified. We have lost out on a huge payout because they couldn’t admit they don’t have the resource to take on the case for 2 years. Pathetic.

Have made a formal complaint to the Legal Ombudsman.

Waiting 4 weeks for them to refund money,everytime they say cheque is in post,just lying, I will be reporting them to ombudsman! Whatever you do, stay away from these cowboys

I think the team is a mess (either that or they don’t have one) and all the staff is uncoordinated. It seems no one in the firm knows what they are doing, I doubt any real qualifications either.
