They wasted my time in asking me to send details and made me wait a week with no reponse(unprofessional) when i chased them for this claim i cannot believe they told me to speak to 'citizens advice' when im looking for advice from a somewhat expirienced Solicitor not from ordinary citizens advice. As a law student i know they are meant to refer us to the right place but that reference was straightout lazy.

personally as a ''law firm''' i fail to see to be competent enough.

I recently used Pittalis Llp to process the sale of a flat. I can't fault them with regards to the diligence with which they progressed the sale. They answered my emails super quickly and were extremely pro-active with the buyers solicitors to get a difficult sale over the line. They kept me informed at all times and were really friendly to communicate with. They are definitely a cut above other solicitors I have used in the past! Thank you to the team!

There's a reason why this apparent solicitors firm has no reviews even though it says it was "Established in 1992".

That reason is more than likely because this firm although may have some law degrees amongst them, they unfortunately were not taught any manners and how to conduct themselves when speaking with prospective clients or people in general.

They waste your time in asking you to send details and when you do and request cost/quote etc you are spoken to in the most rude and abrupt manner. Rebecca seems to have perfected this. She started waffling on about a totally unrelated case which had nothing to do with the details of my case and what I had requested. Apparently she is a solicitor, someone this confused surely cannot be seen to be competent in any legal matter.
