What a wonderful experience buying from Marshall Nissan!! I decided that I would get a new car as I tend to get one every 2/3 years and fancied something different from my usual Ford's. I thought I would test drive a few cars so I could see what was the best fit for me. I'd already been to several dealerships, when I happened upon Marshall Nissan at Doncaster. From the get go I could tell this was something a bit different from my usual dealership experience. Neil Smith was the car dealer who looked after me from my first test drive to driving away in my brand new 75 plate Nissan Juke today. The whole experience was an absolute joy, and it was made even more special by the little touches such as covering my new car so I could unveil her before driving her away. Neil is a really genuine, affable and knowledgeable salesman. I hate the usual sales patter that I've experienced at other dealerships and I always brace myself for it but I needn't have worried as Neil is anything but the usual car dealer. All the staff at Marshall Nissan were also really friendly and attentive. I have to give a big shout out to Josh too who gave us a fantastic deal. Amazing team, amazing dealership, amazing experience. I won't go anywhere else for my cars from now on.

Would highly highly recommend. Neil Smith was the gentleman who handled my purchase of my new car and it couldn’t have been a more pleasant, enjoyable and easy process. Neil answered all questions with ease and was extremely patient and clear with all purchasing options throughout the journey.

Had a great service here after my getting 2 vehicles from them and just had a service today on one of them.

My father in law got a car (Qashqai) through Motability and the process was so easy for him.

Returned myself to get a car (X-Trail) after he had such a great service and could see why he recommended them to me.

Returned my father in laws Qashqai today for a service and the department was thorough, friendly and welcoming.

Josh McCoy who had originally seen to both of us for vehicle purchases showed compassion and exceptional service previously and today remembered us and came over to say hello and have a catch up.

I get a really good feel for this dealership with consistent service in every department and have already recommended to friends and family.
