We dealt primarily with Kim at the Kingswood office. From the start she was very efficient and always responded to my queries in a timely manner. When complications arose in the chain, Kim advised us well and we got things sorted. When Kim was out of the office, our sale was covered seamlessly by other members of the team and this was really appreciated. Price wise, it was slightly more expensive than some other quotes we got but it was definitely worth it.

Another important factor is the right level of communication. Costs are high enough with solicitors but Gareth certainly got the balance right with need to know contact without every tiny detail being sent across.
