I appreciate you're a charity and you're understaffed and overwhelmed by the call volume. I rang at 9:30 Friday, Monday Tuesday, Thursday and again today Friday. On Monday I was on hold 4 hours and cancelled. Tuesday and Thursday for 2 hours. Today I was on hold till 11:50, and heard someone pick up and the hang up. If you're asked to go and get a referral, the site says they're not taking referrals and to go to a physical location. I strongly recommend going to an office instead and not relying on the phone system. This makes it really difficult to ask about the referral that Manchester citizens advice told me to seek from you.

Don't bother ringing. On hold for 3 and half hours. Went from being number 7 down to number 1 in queue place shuts at 4pm. I later realised I was still in queue waiting to be put through gone 5pm.

I have just this moment, after waiting patiently for 2 and half hours ..from being number 7, down to hearing a voice respond...hello to my replying hello and then the phone call being ended.
To say how angry and frustrated I feel ....well it's best not written, but fact is I fully understand the waiting times and our queries are life and are serious and now I feel very very upset

Ameded review.
Like every other comment here, almost impossible to get hold of anyone.
Can't get through on the phone, try to use online form which isn't accepting any further submissions.
When I finally managed to get through (almost an hour of being on hold), the staff were helpful and polite, and whilst couldn't help me directly, gave me alternative methods and contacts regarding a dispute.
