They claim I have 9 parking notices outstanding for £1602 but fail to provide any evidence regarding them dispute me never seeing a single ticket or reminder from the council.
I asked for a payment plan and She Ms Samantha offered I paid from my surplus finance after in and outgoings I had 84 pound per month surplus for food ect and she suggested she wanted £70 of it
When I tried to contest the fee the payment plan offer was cancelled and now I'm getting threatening letters from them demanding the full amount.
I've Tried to explain I'm in an IVA on universal credit and have a disabled car, but today I receive a letter about removal of goods.

They are the most heartless Morales's company on the planet.

Heartless people! They clamped my car for a penalty charge I wasn’t aware of and when I asked to at least to pay in 4 to 6 months as I couldn’t afford to pay all in once. They refused completely and threaten to come and collect the car if not paid soon enough. How can all this be legal?!

This place is designed to scare and manipulate people into giving away all their money to them. I received a very scary letter saying I OWE £400 NOW IF I DO NOT PAY WITHIN 7 DAYS AN OFFICER WILL COME AND TAKE MY BELONGINGS. Absolutely no further information about what the charge is about.Try call up the place - and they say okay we will put it down to £100 (literally for no reason) - investigating these fraudsters further. Be careful people.

These are the most worst ever Enforcement agents around, and we should start a campaign for them to be removed to work for the Council.
I witnessed them Harassing innocent people and extremely aggressive, No Child of God should ever be treated the way these Rude People treat them, and all for the sake of their so called Fees, what an ugly way to earn a living....are we in a Soviet Union ? Is this really the way how to collect a £45 Council Tax bill Is it right to add £400 fees to a £45 Council Tax Bill?
