Hi yeah some work gets done but there is very little communication I am with Luke light whom can't phone to inform over court,appeals,legal querys anything u generally pay for is not a good response so good luck to you.

I have used Mr Light from Harrison legal for over a year now and I have never been disappointed with the service I have been given. Always showing up with I needed him and always easy to reach when I needed advice. Such an easy person to get on with. Never once thought of changing solicitors and never would now. Always so professional. Would very highly recommend using Harrison legal, even the girls in the office and always smiling and happy to help with anything you need. Such an amazing team at Harrison legal.

I have had a couple of family lawyers over the last 9 years but I'm so glad I made the switch recommended by womans aid to Harrison legal. I have never felt fully supported by a lawyer before this time. Luke goes above and beyond and gave 100% to my case, I felt listened too through a very difficult case, he put me at ease and was easy to reach by email and often responded out of hours. He shows compassion, empathy and cares and thats what makes the difference. Luke was at every meeting and every court date regardless of him being unwell with covid one time during my family court battle.
Office staff are always so friendly, so professional and easy to deal with even when u call 20 times a day and send 30 emails a day because you need reaasurance and copying them into other angency emails he still replied to each one individually and also gave me contact information for out of hours incase anything happened.
In the times iv spoke with Caroline she has always known the up to date details with my case and been able to help and is fantastic too even although luke was my mainn assigned lawyer.
I would always recommend Harrison legal and would never use anyone else unless they couldn't deal with my situation and wud then only use someone recommended by them. I trust them fully for the best outcomes. 5 stars isn't enough to be honest.
