Absolutely not professional
Wasting of time and money

I’m depressed, we lost our money paying for service but no result at all, we have just newborn baby, and our family suffered more then a year after we turned to this company which didn’t help at all.
Now we left with not solved issue, without money.
After I left here review I received a letter to remove my review because somebody getting loss, what about our family that lost with your company £1000?

Company are forcing me to delete the review

And violates my rights to free speech and freely express my opinion about their service
