Poor customer service experience. They asked me to transfer money before starting the case. I requested an invoice for their services, but they didn’t provide one. When I followed up, they delayed responding and haven’t given me an appointment yet, even though they promised to schedule one after Tuesday. I asked them to send any available appointment options along with the invoice, but I’m still waiting.
