Just sorry I can't give less than 1 star. I received a letter from them claiming I owe £78459.62 to a company I have never heard of and have certainly not had any dealings with. The staff were arrogant and unhelpful to say the least and have still not got back to me to say that there has been a mistake and apologising for the distress it has caused. I am now wondering if this a real company or was it a scam but apparently I ordered £78k of hand driers from their client to be delivered to various locations in Leicestershire and didn't pay for them? Sounds like a scam to me when I live in Lancashire and have never purchased a hand driers.

A one star review doesn’t even come close to being a true rating for this company, cancelled fit ness first directly through then via calls , cancelled direct debit on 2 accounts (2 users), no emails from fitness first since 17th of january 2025 since we cancelled it, alls good until i get a email from debtco in april 10th telling me to buy a subscription again telling me to pay them for a subscription of fitness first, then a whole month and 10 days later i got another email telling me i owe £196, it said urgent pay in 7 days, bearing in mind i have had no emails telling me i’m even going into debt other than them telling me to pay them to buy another membership, the bank has said nothing to either direct debits, which you’d think if you’re being charged it would tell you (because it does) something we are currently sorting out with fitness first as this is a misuse of personal data and another thing to mention is how dodgy thier reviews on trustpilot are, all around the same dates all saying this debt co is amazing, another concern, why would a debt collecting app have a app used to monitor debt, it makes no sense just put your details into this app and pay it off, if anything it should all be through the bank professionally, awaiting response now will update and leave another review of this guys house after.

all reviews timestamped same days and on multiple occasions, there is no recent reviews, reviews aren’t stable, you cannot leave a review on the app store, take this up with the company who it says you’re in debt with as this cannot be trusted from a outside view
