Excellent and efficient service!

We had booked a snagging inspection for our new build property. Tim Hawkins was meticulous with his inspection of the property and found nearly 200 snags, some of which we would never have found on our own, including a broken roof tile only seen via drone.

The inspection took 3 hours to complete, and we had the full 74 page report through later the same day.

Would highly recommend their services for any new build buyer.

We recently used Snagsure for our new-build property, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Tim Hawkins was professional, detailed, and incredibly thorough—identifying over 150 snags, many of which we’d have completely missed ourselves. The report was easy to understand, backed up by clear images, and even included a drone overview and a blind measurement sheet. Communication was prompt and helpful throughout. Definitely worth it for peace of mind and to hold your developer accountable.

The process from booking was quick and simple. Tim was our snagger who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made us feel very at ease from the moment we met him, he talked us through what he was checking and how he was going to do it. Report was completed and sent over within timeline he also gave us upon leaving. Amazing experience, we would definitely recommend and would book again!

Thanks to Nick who did the snagging on our new build property. Nick was thorough, informative, knowledgable and really helpful. He went through each snag he found with me at the end of the survey and sent the survey later that same day.

After purchasing our property we decided to use a professional snagging company. This is our second new build and we found the experience to purchase a new build overwhelming. We booked SnagSure to come to our New Build Redrow home on Wednesday 18th June.

Steven was great and explained every snag to us in detail to ensure we understood everything clearly. He did an amazing job and spent almost half a day to check everything. We are really pleased and happy with the effort and hardwork he has put into his report. He founds lots of things we missed ourselves. We are really impressed with the quality of service provided by Snagsure (Steven).
