I have been working with Hague Dental for over eight years, and I can confidently say they are outstanding in every aspect of dental practice design, equipment supply and service. When I first purchased a Belmont dental chair from them and commissioned them to design my surgery, I was thoroughly impressed by their attention to detail, practical advice, and expert consultation throughout the entire building process.

Now, as I embark on designing my new practice with three surgeries, I had no hesitation in returning to Hague. The team spent several hours with me to finalise the layout, ensuring every element met both clinical and operational needs. Jim, whose civil engineering background adds a unique and invaluable perspective, was particularly helpful in advising on the structural and functional aspects of the practice.

We called Hague to check our 4 portable suctions. The engineer spent no more than 10 minutes on site, did very little, and advised us to change a fuse on one of the units. After replacing the fuse, the suction still didn’t work — we later discovered the pump was actually seized.

He also assured us that the other suctions were functioning, but we later found out they also required repairs. Despite this inaccurate and unhelpful service, we were charged £336.48 for 10 minutes.

In our experience, Hague provided poor value, incorrect advice, and excessive charges.
