Keep well away!!
Don't answer emails promptly,
Don't get to see a solicitor it's more of an online,
Poor advice,
Paid upfront for work that l can not see what they have done!!
And come back asking for more money,
Wishing I'd gone to a solicitor where you have personal contact with!!!

I would actually advise to avoid this firm at all costs. Really fast taking your money and then literally disappeared. Over a period of 3 months, I was calling and emailing for an update of any sort having paid a large sum of money and not once did anyone have the common courtesy to reply to me. Emails state that solicitors are on annual leave when they're not as the Receptionist was speaking to said person who was in the office passing messages on but don't have the decency to speak with me themselves. I felt a bit sorry for the Receptionist having to take the brunt of my frustration today but I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, incompetent and inconsiderate firm in all my life. I was told my case would be straight forward and fairly quick so beware as this is most definitely not the case. A family solicitors should really have more care and courtesy towards their clients. I am truly disgusted at the service received and will now be taking my case elsewhere. Just awaiting a refund now. The Solicitors were happy to make arrangements for a refund and seemed to rather do this than actually want to do their job. There doesn't seem to be any management either. Avoid!

Avoid this company , paid £1400 for their service , after endless emails and phone calls of which we had no reply we only got a reply after asking for the money back , the only work that was done is filling a form in and submitting it to the court after which we was asked for more money , they were asked several times to provide a breakdown in costs which they couldn’t provide, it make us wonder if the positive feedback is actually genuine

Easy to get an appointment. Could choose a phone call or face to face. The staff were helpful and friendly. I got all the relevant information required and would recommend HRS for any family law issue.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of service provided. After weeks of sending emails and phoning to hear nothing back, when going through an extremely difficult time I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. I have sent every documentation needed to process my legal aid however nothing, I now have 6 weeks until court with no Solicitor. They give you the advice with a half an hour free consultation and then leave you in the dark. Luckily I have found a company who are taking my situation seriously. Extremely disappointed.
