Shocking service. Appalling administration. Completely wrong name on my deceased father’s probate application, together with the wrong spelling of executors names. Important documents sent out for signature with several pages missing which I was expected to sign. Solicitor applied for probate July 23 but not granted to March 24. I processed probate for a third party (very similar case) probate was received within 5 weeks. All the property proceeds still have not been distributed even though it has been two and a half months since the sale concluded. I would not recommend using this solicitor.

I'd leave zero stars if possible. Robyn Richmond is a disgusting person. She had my fathers will, learnt of his death but did not inform his children of the will. Even though my brothers address was on the will. She knew of the situation. We came upon it by accident when I called her by chance. She didn't care and shared no decency in an already horrible situation. She really upset me and was arrogant, rude and downright horrible. Clearly the job has made her one nasty piece of work. She was OK for a house sale years previous but anything sensitive and forget it with this 'woman'.
