I initially contacted Morgan having read the reviews online for Horndon Services.
I needed to have a new water heating supply fitted.
Morgan attended on time as planned.
We discussed the issue and I received a quote quickly.
I accepted the price and booked him in to carry out the work, the following week.
Again, Morgan arrived on time with good communication beforehand.
The work was carried out and the hot water now has an improved flow which is a bonus.

I would definitely recommend Horndon Services and have kept their details in case I need anything else done in the property in the future.

I would thoroughly recommend Horndon Services. I needed my elderly Mother's boiler serviced urgently. Horndon Services came within the hour. The boiler was serviced, cleaned and later the same afternoon I had a break down of the service record in my emails. The price was very reasonable too.
I feel very happy that I have found Horndon Services who I can rely on and trust.

I phoned Horndon Services and spoke to Morgan who l found very helpful and managed to come round and gave me a quote for a leak under the sink and to put two new taps on for me. Very quick and very efficient couldn't thank him enough. Differently have him back to do some more jobs for me.

Morgan came today and done some more little jobs certainly would recommend him very efficient and very tidy and neat always takes his shoe off when entering the property which is very polite big thank you for what you done.

We had a new boiler fitted by Morgan at Horndon Services. The work was quick and neat. He even advised on changing the type of boiler we had ordered to avoid having to remove tiles in our kitchen under the boiler. Very good value as well. About £600 cheaper than quoted by British Gas for the same boiler. Highly recommended.

I had issues with the plumbing system in my bathroom, I called them during odd hours and the lad responded, asked me to send video, got the parts, attended swiftly and got the job done with a decent charge. Great service from start to finish! My electric shower was replaced quickly and professionally. The engineer arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did a really tidy job. Very reliable, friendly, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend if you need any shower or plumbing work done!

They were recommended by my daughter and didn’t disappoint. Luckily they were in my area when I called and were to me within 10 mins. Fixed a broken tap another leaking tap and radiator cap. Very quick and efficient, no mess, no fuss. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again.
