Avoid. Didn’t do anything. The property didn’t even get passed getting a mortgage as it was above a shop. Still got told to pay, because of the “printing” which costs apparently £90+VAT. Paid it, which isn’t a problem but I think bought another place and obviously didn’t use this firm. That’s what’s funny. They could’ve handled it properly and then I would’ve used them for the next property. But because they were a money grabbing firm, I took my business elsewhere. Very backwards and old fashioned. Everything is manual with them, including the reception team. Avoid, unless you want to get charged for their air.

After using AR Brown solicitors recently I was very disappointed with their service after having our lives continuously pushed to the bottom of the pile.
With my file being passed from person to person, going into their office was the only way to find out what, if anything was being done.
I see the so called reduction given in their fees as an admittence of the unprofessional and unreliable service I received.
I would definitely not recommend them
