Ricky worked on a lease extension for a property I have in London; the process was made very smooth, and most of all, I am really pleased with the response time and turnaround.
Ricky also kindly volunteered to conduct an additional ID check without charging, and I know from experience dealing with numerous solicitors over the years, they are not usually keen to do anything unless it involves a fee. Maybe gave me a little faith in the legal profession after all.

I usually conduct my own completions without the use of a solicitor due to the normal time frame in which London firms take to do the conveyancing. In this instance, Ricky is much faster than the others and very responsive, and none of those generic emails, as is the case with the mass conveyance firms.
I am on the lookout for another short lease buy-to-let investment in London. I will definitely be in contact with Ricky again for future work.

Peppercorn Law, in my experience of leasehold solicitors, (and I've dealt with a fair few) are a breath of fresh air. They openly focus on how they can help the leaseholder - contrary to the position of every other leasehold specialist I have ever dealt with who exclusively target looking after landlords interests, after telling you how much they charge.
Peppercorn Law's unique appeal is they prioritise
the leaseholder! And, their fees are considerably more reasonable and proportionate into the bargain!
This enlightened version of obtaining leaseholder advice from people who genuinely care, and don't demand an arm and a leg, should excite leaseholders across the country, as in today's online world there is no need to retain a legal professional on the doorstep. Times have changed, Peppercorn Law have placed themselves at the forefront of delivering competitively priced advice to distressed leaseholders (like me and you?).
Peppercorn Law know their stuff, are keen to act for you as opposed to the greedy landlords... they are great down-to-earth communicators too, but don't just take my word for it, give them a call. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
