An experienced planner with expert knowledge of the planning process. We called Polly in to help us with a neighbour’s multiple and confusing planning applications and appeal sent to planning inspector even though turned down by local council planning. I would not hesitate to recommend Polly who responded immediately to all our emails and wrote a far better objection letter using points she knew were relevant and we could not have known what points to use without her help. Her report had excellent vistas and graphics to demonstrate her points and she is bang up to date with current planning issues.
