The first call went well and was answered politely. However, when I tried to cancel the appointment and rebook another, he was rude and abruptly hung up. I'm not sure about the quality of his service, but I would prefer to use an online service instead. Not recommended, especially if English isn’t your first language.

Terrible. states that willing will travel at no costs to areas close by (on website) which I am in, states right of the bat I need to travel to him. In quite a rude tone. And then when I say I have access to a car only some of the days, but that I will make a plan, I just need the location I need to travel to I get dismissed (again, rudely). Clearly doesn't want business, so I just hung up
