I don't know about other people's experiences, I know how everyone is different dealing with different issues.
But for me this place has helped me so much. Whenever I feel alone and deeply sad and desperate, I give them a text and it gives me hope no matter how long it may take for them too get back, 20 mins - 3 hours-5 hours To me the hope they will get back to me and actually talk to me like human beings made me stay safe for the time being. There probably could be some improvements like most places, but to me they have been lifesavers. I've been texting them Everytime I've been desperate. I adore their texting service. It's the first time my anxiety didn't stop me from getting help as phone calls gives me bad anxiety. I've even told my therapist about this service and she had no idea about it. Thank you papyrus for helping me.

I am sure this is a worthy charity that deserves all our support. However, they need to tell Google that they have moved to a new address. I have not visited this Company.
