Excellent work from Dan who managed to secure a mortgage for my latest investment in 2 weeks time. Can't recommend him enough. From the very first conversation Dan was so helpful with our remortgage.
We had left it a bit late and there wasn't much time to get it done, but Dan worked really hard and very quickly to secure us a new mortgage.
He provided really great advice and had our best interests at heart, which filled me with confidence in him.
His communication was very quick and he was always available to answer our questions.
I cannot thank him enough for all he has done!

Dan is a local guy looking after local people and beyond. He will provide you with all the information you could ever need and more. Dan is extremely efficient, realistic and does what he says he'll do when he says he'll do it. During my process, I also needed to obtain independent legal advice. I had no luck after calling endless solicitors to arrange this & informed Dan of my problem. He put me in touch with an excellent law firm who sorted this out for me painlessly. Dan also organised my building & contents insurance & to top it all got me a monthly payment reduction on my new mortgage of nearly £100 after being all over an interest rate drop. He really has worked so hard for me providing many lengthy emails, as well as calls and a visit in person. Always going above & beyond & getting ahead of the game where he can to speed up the process & save you money if possible.
If you're reading this, you've no need to waste your time looking anywhere else....call Dan!!

Dan was amazing throughout the entire process. Professional, very quick turnaround times, and no messing about. Found us better mortgage rates than we could find ourselves, and even went out of his way on two separate occasions to reduce our rate with the provider after the BoE had made adjustments. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

it was a relief to have someone like Dan help myself and my partner with our first mortgage. From the first day he was very professional and answered our questions and requests straight away. Couldn't recommend Dan enough. As a first time buyer I was apprehensive about the whole process but Dan puts you at ease. I felt no pressure and didn't feel stupid for asking questions I'm sure he gets all the time. Communication and updates were spot on so your not left wondering. And was always happy to answer phone calls and emails. From first meeting to confirmed mortgage 10 days, I'm no expert but that seems great to me. Wouldn't hesitate recommending Dan to family and friends. Top bloke.
