We recently worked with Trevor and his team at Treken to upgrade our ageing network infrastructure in our retail business. From my very first phone enquiry, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and—most importantly—knowledgeable.

A few weeks later, Callum from Treken came to install the new network. He was fantastic—professional, efficient, and a real credit to the company. We have been using Treken for a number of years now. Staff are very helpful & knowledgeable. Nothing is too much, from basic Support to much more complex stuff Treken will sort. Our company operates over 4 sites across the south of England and has a turnover of £20m.

Treken have developed a robust and future proofed solution (as far as this can be done) that manages all of our IT requirements from remote back ups to VOIP phone systems.

Treken have looked after our company for 7 years and always over deliver. The customer is listened to and solutions offered are those that best suit the company requirements, not the one that would make Treken the most profit or be easiest to install.

The support package we have allows unlimited calls to the Treken team who are always ready to help regardless of how simple or daft the question.

Ken, Trevor and their team have looked after my company for the last 7 years after working at another company where they were the IT support company.

The advice they give is genuine and professional and always geared at what is best for your company, not theirs. They will never quote you for things that aren't necessary and, in fact, they have talked us out of buying things we didn't really need in the past. If you want a company that goes above and beyond you won't find better than Treken.
