Unfortunately, this has to be the worst team I have ever encountered in my life, when it comes to buying or selling property. I first went with them when I was selling a flat. That sale fell through, so I used them again, as they would have had most of the information required for a quick response. I was constantly answering questions which they already had the answers to and was chasing them up with regards to enquiries from the buyers solicitor when there was no movement, to be told that they had emailed managing agents a few weeks ago and were waiting to hear back. I informed them that maybe they should call them, as maybe their email was now at the bottom of a long list. This was ongoing to the point the buyer pulled out of the sale due to lack of correspondence on their behalf. I would recommend if you are selling a property, then to look elsewhere.

Used them for my father's will and sell of his house, totally unprofessional service , original quote was no more than £4500 to get everything done...ending up costing us £22000 they charge for absolutely everything even emailing the office next door but don't tell you this to the end they do not corrispond and make you feel worthless as a beneficiary, totally useless save yourself some money and go to one of the professional solicitors in Bridgwater and not one that preys on grieving families...wish we had!
