We recently purchased our first home and had the absolute pleasure of working with Holly. From start to finish, she was great! Always kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt a bit daunting at first, but she guided us with patience and clarity, answering every question (no matter how small) and making sure we always felt supported.

The service we received was efficient, professional, and above all, genuinely caring, which made such a difference during what can be a stressful time.

If I had to give one small piece of feedback, it would be that an introductory phone call at the very start of the process would have been really helpful for us as first-time buyers, just to walk through what to expect. That said, everything else exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with the support we received.

We’re so grateful for everything Holly did for us and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home.

Our experience with Chester & Co. has been extremely stressful and overwhelming. Communication has been almost non-existent. We go weeks without any updates, and when responses finally arrive, they lack clarity and direction. This has left us feeling like we are stuck at a dead end, constantly chasing without progress.

It is incredibly disheartening to feel that the people you rely on to guide you through such an important process show little interest in helping. The lack of communication and proactivity has not only delayed everything but has also taken a serious toll on our wellbeing. The constant uncertainty, waiting, and silence has made what should have been a positive milestone into an exhausting and damaging experience.

I would strongly urge anyone considering Chester & Co. to think carefully before instructing them.
