Very poor report with contradictions to the facts and physical features
We have paid for an incorrect report and are expected to pay for any review to address its short comings
We paid for his expertise but have paid again unpicking his report and battling the issue through so that it’s correct for both parties. Mr Vaughans recommendations were impossible to implement and made an acrimonious boundary dispute even more stressful, time consuming and expensive.
There is no consumer protection in place when engaging an expert witness and you have to pay again for another expert to challenge.
