I won't lie it's pretty scary when you receive a single justice notice. For what it's worth I think the UK has it wrong when it comes to speeding. Especially given the improved safety of modern cars. That aside, when you're in the dock and your license is on the line that's not a great place to be. Upon initially contacting Philip the response back was near instant. We had a discussion over what the options would be with probable outcomes. He then set up a call allowing two full hours to go into great detail over how the loss would impact myself and family. Circumstances to the alleged offence etc. Philip then advised what the next steps should be and how we approach the charge and the court. I took all his advice and asked him to proceeding accordingly. He helped me complete all the paperwork and talked me through every single step. We had a result from the court back in a very short time frame with what I would describe as the best result possible. No loss of license, reduced fine - and that was somewhat lower than what I had predicted it would be. Another solicitor whom I called gave me the advice of attending the court and travel by train.
