We used ProLeagle to do a valuation for our hopeful freehold purchase when our freeholder put it up for auction and (by law) we had first refusal. It was a real learning process for us as we (a clueless bunch of 8 maisonette owners) had to move very quickly or lose the option.

ProLeagle were fantastically fast and gave us an impressive valuation at a very competitive price. They were far cheaper than the RICS surveyor our neighbours used and gave a more accurate valuation (the RICS surveyor used marriage value rather than hope value).

And now we are our own freeholders and no longer have to pay ground rent or deal with a grumpy company (just each other!). Superb, would certainly recommend.
