BEWARE!!!! This company pretend to be Admiral Insurance. Their contact number comes up on google under an admiral link. I was in a car accident. I was distressed and vulnerable. I googled Admiral and their number came up, so I rang them thinking it was my insurers. At no point do they tell you their not. Even after I asked about my policy and clearly made points regarding Admiral throughout the conversation. They pass you over to a company called Connexus very quickly and arrange a hire car. Not a courtesy car. I only thought it was odd when they delivered a high performance vehicle to me on the same day as the accident. Apparently, I'm told they make their money from charging you almost £200 a day for the hire vehicle if they can't recover the full costs from the defendant. You will always be left with a big bill. Be careful. I have reported this company to Action Fraud, Trading Standards and the Financial Ombudsman. When you try to confront them with what they are doing over the phone they are abusive, and were shouting at me.

My 19-year-old daughter was hit by another driver last night, she was encouraged by Police Scotland to call this number and have her car recovered. Without knowing better, she obliged.

The car was recovered, and she has now received countless calls asking her and her 2 friends she was with at the time to claim for injury. Even after explaining that she did not suffer any injuries, they still advised it would be fine, and she would be entitled to £1500 for small injuries such as headaches etc.

When I called them, I was met with rudeness and attitude, the advisor constantly trying to overtalk me when I called to cancel any claims they were considering putting forward in her name and explained I was working with my daughter’s insurer directly.

Was told that as the accident wasn’t my daughter’s fault – if we dealt directly with them, this would mean we would never have to declare that she was involved in any sort of accident – fraudulent claim again, regardless of fault or non-fault, these must be declared to an insurer for a period of 5 years.

My daughter’s insurer will be pursuing the 3rd party who hit her and has already offered a quick payout, yet this business is trying to insist that she take a courtesy car through Kindertons Accident Management (look at their reviews also don’t appear to be the most reputable).

PLEASE AVOID – only interested in having you make an injury claim, so much so will encourage young teenagers with no history of dealing with insurers or claims to make fraudulent claims. Causing stress and fear to young people, telling them lies and allowing them to believe that the only option that they have is to use them or their claim will be void.

You will loose your car, your PI and will have to pay 45%.
They rob people and threathen them if you dont pay, they sell your car without even you knowing and keep your compensation.
