انہوں نے میری جائیداد پر چارج کی درخواست درج کروا دی، جس کی وجہ سے مجھے ری مارگیج کرنے سے روکا گیا۔ انہوں نے کلائنٹ کی ہدایات پر عمل کرنے سے انکار کر دیا کہ اسے فوری طور پر ہٹا دیں، یہ کہتے ہوئے کہ وہ چار ماہ تک جائیداد کے معاملات سے نمٹیں گے، اور یہ بھی نہیں بتایا کہ کیوں، حالانکہ یہ کام چند منٹوں میں ہو سکتا تھا۔ میرے وکیل ان کے اتنے غیر پیشہ ورانہ اور مضحکہ خیز جواب پر ہنس رہے تھے۔

سنیں! جتنا زیادہ وقت آپ ضائع کریں گے، اتنا ہی زیادہ پیسہ آپ کو آخرکار ادا کرنا پڑے گا۔ میں کام نہیں کرتا اور میرے پاس اس معاملے کو اس وقت تک جاری رکھنے کا کافی وقت ہے جب تک میں مطمئن نہ ہوں۔

Zaheer said he will PROSECUTE me if I copy and paste his other negative reviews to Google. Who does he think he is?! He probably forgot to take his medicine today.

He placed a charge application on my property, preventing me from remortgaging. He also refused to listen to the client's instructions to remove it immidetely, stating that he would not deal with property matters for 4 months and failing to tell why, despite it being a job that could be done in just a few minutes. My solicitor was laughing at him for making such a ridiculously unprofessional reply.
Listen! the more time you waste, the more money you will eventually pay. I do not work and have plenty of time to pursue this matter until I am satisfied.
