Absolutely appalling - don’t waste your money.
I was given a far higher quote than other places and was assured it’s because they only refer you to experienced, approved solicitors. I got a solicitor who qualified 2 years ago and has made such a big error in our case that we’re on the verge of losing our sale. They also tell you their fees are higher because they’re fixed with no extras - also untrue, I’ve had at least two additional fees added to my bill (handling freehold/leasehold sales and applying for my help to buy ISA bonus).
When I tried to complain about my solicitor and get someone new put on my case, LWC told my solicitor that I had complained about him and asked him to resolve it. Now they have washed their hands of the issue altogether. Would never go near them again.
