We found Posada & Co to be very approachable and careful to explain each step of our commercial lease negotiations. After our initial meeting with Delfin and Mateo, and despite the Landlord's solicitors having issues their end, the lease was signed successfully with the fee staying the same as quoted initially. The fee was the most competitive in the Putney area from the solicitors we spoke to and the service was first rate. Mateo was our main point of contact and he was always timely in his responses to our emails and wouldn't hesitate to speak over the phone to go through any complex or unexpected issues. An update: Nicole also acted on the sale of my flat in South West London. This was a protracted and at times frustrating process eventually being completed in March 2025. Again Nicole was excellent - chasing the other side and always responding quickly to my queries. If others had been as efficient as Nicole the whole process would have been quicker, smoother and a lot less stressful! .
