I had 2 pensions that were mis sold to me so I contacted Wixted and Co who then took up my claims on a no win no fee basis. I had a dedicated solicitor (Mark Cosgrove) who was always there on the end of the phone if I had any questions and very professional, after years of hard work by him we finally won both cases. All I can say is that I can't recommend this solicitor firm enough, without them I'd be thousands of pounds out of pocket.

If you want the best use wixted & co, I'm glad I did, my claim was successful, A claim isn't won over night, it can take years, nearly 4 years in my case. I was informed by phone and letter throughout, and received a compensation payment from my old employees. Some of my old work colleagues, used a different firm and received nothing. So my advice, use wixted and co, 10 out of 10 from me.

This firm are an absolute bunch of amateurs they under value your claim, act on their own instructions, cancel your ATE cover policy by stating you have not accepted their advice, albeit that advice was so wrong, costing me personally over £20,000. Do not contact you for months illegally withhold your compensation from you for months, try to swindle you out of the same compensation provide barristers, one who cannot remember your name, and another last minute barrister at your court hearing,, who knows next to nothing about your case . Beware they will leave you many attachments to work on while your solicitor goes on holiday, work they should be doing. You will have to fight them all the way to gain any compensation. Beware of solicitor Mark Wisby especially a basement qualified solicitor, he will ruin your case.

Used this firm to get my pension back on a no win no fee basis and my case was lost as the courts found in favour of the pension provider.
They said they would appeal for me but wanted MANY thousands of pounds to act on my behalf.
Needless to say I didn't have thousands of pounds so they back heeled me.
The pension provider then LOST in the court of appeal so I returned to wixted and Co to see of they could help but they said NO even though they couldn't lose!
I went elsewhere and here I am 6 years later STILL awaiting my compensation, I will win eventually but wixted certainly are NOT the go to place if you want help
