We recently used Susettes Flowers for Mums funeral. We visited the shop in St John’s Street and knew we would be in safe hands. We gave ideas of colours and what we wanted but this being the first funeral we had arranged, the lovely ladies in the shop helped and guided us through various options. For many people organising a funeral could be the first time they had done so, and you need help and guidance to make the right decisions, Susette’s didn’t let us down. A big thank you to the ladies we met in the shop, the flowers were beautiful and were a joy to help celebrate the memory of our mum.

Chess created the most beautiful bouquets for our wedding in September 2019. She was so helpful from our first correspondence providing advice and options to help create something lovely. She even took the time to check the colour of bridesmaids dresses to ensure what she created worked with then.

We couldn't have been happier for the flowers! They were stunning and better than we had hoped. Thank you so much for all of your help. We highly recommend Susette's.

We live in the US and my son and his family are stationed in the UK. Our daughter-in-law had our grandson the day before her birthday. We needed something special delivered for the both of them. The whole family really. Susette's delivered exactly what we needed. Flowers, balloons, and chocolates for the mother and new baby and fruit for the dad and and our other grandson. They started putting it together based on an email and finished it up after a quick phone call. This is the second time we've relied on Susette's Flowers and I've no doubt, that any time we need flowers while my son is there, Susette's will be the only place for us.

Beautiful flowers for our wedding in November.
I really couldn't have asked for more. This was the first place I visited when I was looking for a florist. The service was so good that I didn't look any further.
Even the registrar asked which florist I had used as the flowers were stunning.
