These incredible Florists have moved to a stunning new location in St John Street Bury St Edmunds.
Their creations are incredible and I rate them very highly. If you like the best go to them.

Paid a lot of money for valentines flowers that were essentially dead within 72 hours.

Buy flowers regularly for my wife so she understands how to care for them. They never die this quickly.

Tried to resolve by email but got a dismissive copy and paste response, which was disappointing.

Won’t be buying again, and wouldn’t recommend.

Edit after response: Dishonest response from the business... Photo was taken on day 3, and email was sent on day 4, they are aware of this, it’s in writing. Further patronising with reference to watering the flowers, rather than taking responsibility for product quality. Poor from them.

We found The Flower Hut when we moved to Bury St Edmunds in 2021, and my husband used them for our engagement (picture below), anniversaries and birthdays! We were always so impressed with the bouquets they put together so we didn't look anywhere else for our wedding flowers.
Terri and the team were always happy to answer any questions we had in the run up to the wedding. We got married in September this year & I cannot explain how incredible our flowers were. They made my dream bouquet a reality! From the button holes, to the bouquets, to the table flowers - they were all beautiful!
We would highly recommend The Flower Hut for every occasion!

A massive thank you to Terri, Alex, and the amazing team at The Flower Hut for the incredible job they did with the flowers for our wedding at Hengrave Hall! From start to finish, they were an absolute dream to work with.

They followed my mood board to perfection, capturing every detail I envisioned. Their recommendations were spot on, and the white roses they used were absolutely stunning—every time I see white roses now, I think back to our special day. The arrangements added so much beauty and elegance to both the chapel and the wedding breakfast venue.

One of the many things that impressed us was how seamlessly they moved the flowers from the chapel to the reception, making sure everything looked just as perfect in both spaces. Their professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched, and they made the entire process so easy and enjoyable.

Terri, Alex, and the team truly brought our floral dreams to life, and we can’t thank them enough for their hard work and talent. If you’re looking for florists who will exceed your expectations, The Flower Hut is the one!
