My case was given to a part time solicitor. The process took over 14 weeks and still not there yet. The case is simple and should normally take no longer than 8 weeks. Communication has been very poor. I was actually receiving information from the seller asking me to chase up before my solicitor makes any contact. Some time lag of a week at a time each time ? I ended up asking updates from the seller as turned out much more efficient. And I kept receiving documents with incorrect information despite me bribing to their attention multiple times.

This is the second review I’ve given. I’m not one for giving praise for praise sake, but I was faced with a problem customer. They were in the wrong, we agreed an amicable solution with the help of Victoria and her team. The customer then proceeded to order a card charge back and a second amount of funds were removed from my account. A whirl of letters resulted in the customer contacting their bank to cancel the charge back and the funds back in our account . The stress is taken away by the firm, who deal with the issue from start to finish. I can’t recommend them highly enough. 5*

Their fees are towards the lower end of the scale. And I would consider using the firm for other legal work. I'd recommend them too.
