I've used Spire Solicitors for a number of years and on this occasion I worked with Jasmine. It wasn't the easiest of transactions due to the buyer of the property changing half way but Jasmine kept me constantly updated and would always respond quickly to any questions I had. She was also willing to chase the buyers solicitors when things went quiet. We've now completed and I glad I had Jasmine on my side. Will continue my long working relationship with Spires.

I am still shocked by a written response just received to my lengthy and detailed complaint about this company which cost me thousands of losses due to delays and a total unwillingness cooperate or be helpful in the sale of a flat to their clients. I wish I had run in the other direction as soon as the offer was made by their clients if only I had known what was to follow.
Every demand and delay went on and on and on until I was a breaking point trying to get this completed. It was my mothers flat who had sadly died and so an emotional thing for me to do.They seem totally unmoved by the needs of anyone No empathy no responsiveness .. the agents and my team were all as frustrated and exasperated at the 7 months we were all trying to get this transaction completed.However much I tried they would not give complete information to assist and it caused me extensive losses by failing to act in an efficient or helpful manner in their work. I have tried to explain the impact on me financially and emotionally but was told by their new Head of compliance that they will not deal with my correspondence and totally ignored my distress. In fact suggested they would deal with my claim by referring me in the “ usual way “ to their insurers.
Wow! That’s quite a thing to say … the usual way as if it’s a regular occurrence. I don’t know why on earth a company would care as little about the impact this has caused me as they do.
