Needed locks replacing over the weekend. Rang at 8:45 in the morning on a Sunday. Locks replaced by 10: 45. Job done in 2 hours. Excellent service

Shambles. Couldn't run a bath this lot.
Put damp proof on walls and didn't apply the damp proof to where the damp is. Didn't upgrade the extractor fan like they said they would so the whole repair was a complete waste of time.
For future reference don't bother to report repairs.

When i got my keys i thought i signed a contract? Why is this a 1 way thing ? Ive paid my rent yet dont get my repairs? Ive also lost money due to taking days off work with my repairs still not being fixed after 2 years of asking/waiting can i get 6 days of backdated money since you failed to fix the issue 4 times ...... apparently im getting a new kitchen floor? Why? My back door still leaks and lets in water onto the floor ... .. why cant we fine you for incompetence ? Send you a letter and make you pay admin fees ? Take you to court for not complying with your own contract . .if it was the other way round and you were a tenant, would you keep paying rent ...also .. if anyone gets a letter saying they are getting the outside of the property updated/renovated they just paint a window sil and move on .

For the attention of working at heights management

Thankyou for the prompt response sending put the scaffolding repair man to secure a gate on the scaffolding at 8pm at night also thank you to nicola Jackson for sorting this out for me excellent prompt service

Have to wait untill 11th July for bedroom window again 5 times been repaired but won't open again after a week 22nd July for second bedroom window same problem I live in a town house if there's a fire there's no escape not happy at all

My fire was condemed 2 years ago and still nobody has been to replace it everything I report it I hear nothing bk from them but u can b sure wen ya rents late ul soon hear bk regarding that bit of joke really.
