DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I spoke to someone called Wes… at first Wes was fine, then Wes decided to not explain everything to me in a sneaky way & then was telling me to lie on multiple occasions to get approved. I get a wage & commission and he’s told me to not say I get commission. I then had to directly ask as he didn’t tell me, would my payment amount change as my wage is always different he then said yes after telling me prior it would be the same amount for 5 years. I told him I do not want to proceed. He then continues to call me to discuss when I’ve decided no already. He’s then sending me text message when I am at my grandmother’s funeral saying well what am I going to do about my situation… IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS - Forceful, Sneaky & rude. I will be following up with a complaint when I am back. That is no way to speak to somebody who is vulnerable, in financial problem or grieving. Makes me feel sick it’s allowed, can’t be legal. I have further been contacted by someone called Zain after making my complaint trying to assist me when I have clearly said no.
