Just sold and purchased our new house both with Mellor and beer Tim, Sophie and Paris are brilliant good communication, understanding and always try to do the best they can, after a long process with a few hiccups we finally got to completion day smoothly. Would recommend good local family business with a more personal experience

Attempted to obtain flat for disabled person. Incredibly bureaucratic, very unhelpful, rude staff.
They created incredible stress for this disabled person.
The flat above a pool hall did seem decent although next to a fly tippers paradise.
The heartless bureaucrats gave not a damn about keeping a disabled person waiting for a definite decision on being given the flat.
This is not a David Beckham luxury penthouse but with their heartless bureaucracy and indifferent staff you would think so.
They are a disgrace to all disabled people in Worksop .Also they have kept a disabled persons deposit, just to make life even harder for the disabled.
I would advise all disabled and abled bodied to keep well away from their so called property services 🥲🥲🥲
The heartless bureaucrats trying to get me to take down this review.
As a Google Guide with over 700,000 views I take good customer service very seriously.
I always try to be fair.
Mellor and Beer you have inflicted unnecessary stress on a disabled person, SHAME ON YOU🥲🥲🥲🥲

I was really impressed with the full support and service I received from Mellor and Beer estate agents.
They were approachable explained everything and helped me through the full process of selling my house. They helped secure a solicitor who they worked with on a regular basis which ensured the sale went through in a timely manner.
Once sold, (my buyer and I were both without a chain) we were able to complete within 6 weeks.
A phanominal result. Thank you for your support and would highly recommend this estate agents

I have had 2 sales go through Mellor and Beer and I can highly recommend them. I have had a very Professional, speedy and efficient service. There have been a few obstacles in the sales but these guys have guided and advised me through it all. Tim and Liam have not only been there at the end of the phone when needed they also called me to keep me updated every step of the way. I have my 3rd sale about go through now and I have no concerns that they will do a great job. I have used estate agents several times over the years but these in my experience are by far the best I have used. A special thanks to Liam, for being not only being so proficient but so thoughtful at the same time.

My husband and I decided to use Mellor and Beer to sell our property in Whitwell because two previous agents had come into our house, basically thought of it as a terrace and suggested very low prices for a quick sale for them. Tim Beer came in and really looked around the property and suggested a price my husband and I had already agreed on. Throughout the whole process they have been amazingly supportive and professional. All of the staff are brilliant but we would like to give special regard to Liam, he worked with us every step of the way. I literally cannot recommend them enough.

Valuation was spot on due to excellent local knowledge - Property was described well and photos helped attract immediate interest. There were some questions and negotiations from our buyer and Mellor and Beer were a great "go-between" - they offered us good advice and quickly secured a sale. Great communication- they are a very professional estate agent business.
