I have relied upon Andy and the team at PC Mac for more than 10 years to take care of my IT support and generally look after my business needs. They are always professional and display a very high standard of technical knowledge and ability. They've got me out of a few self inflicted issues over the years. Beyond their technical prowess, I have always valued the friendly nature of doing business with them. IT can be a cold and daunting subject at times, so it's nice to deal with human beings who I feel comfortable with. Would highly recommend them.

We were customers of PC Mac until the business was sold. Only when you move IT provider do you really appreciate the service you had. Over the 12-year period, PC Mac were available all the time during the working week and would jump on any problems immediately, if required. To be fair, the real test was on the 23rd March 2020 when we went into lockdown. Whilst we had prepared for a "disaster" at the office, no one could predict what was about to happen. However, PC Mac had arranged our IT so that remote working was seamless. I would personally like to thank Andy and his team for ensuring that there was no interruption nor disruption to the business during that time.
