They have missed our agreed wait and load dates over 5 times now, we will not be using them again. They have no ability to damage control any issue. They did not reach out when there was an issue, it took us reaching out every time to understand what went wrong and why they didn't arrive.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried to cancel our supply and were told they hadn't received our repeated email comms due to an "IT issue". Signed us up for another full year contract and are expecting a cancellation fee. Would not recommend.

Awful service and over priced, have been trying to cancel for many months and due to "IT issues" they have signed us up for another year and are trying to charge us a cancellation fee. We are with a new provider that is half the price for the same service.

Reconomy dropped off and picked up the skip when they said they would. The lady on the phone was very polite, efficient and helpful. A great experience all round and we can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much for helping out our community charity festival!

Delivery and collection are always on the date and time promised. They arrive in a timely manor for delivery so you have full use of the day, and collected it on the day you set as promised. Second time I have used them as I will be using again.

When Reconomy were Network Waste, I had a skip on a job, which was picked up half full. When I called to resolve the issue, first I was told, "ok, I can see you didn't call for collection, I'll investigate and call you back". When I received that call, I was told "your brother actually called and arranged to have the skip collected". "Oh really, that's interesting since I don't have a brother. So someone is lying, and it's not me". And with that I was told, "sorry but I'm not going to be called a liar". And I was promptly disconnected. Avoid like the plague.
