We hired studio space for dance rehearsals and videos. The room was extremely hot and the flooring was warped. We had 1 fan in the room and no windows.
We were allocated a studio right next door to offices. This caused some upset as our recording was interrupted by people looking in the room, trying to get the instructor's attention. The instructor was forced to stop the recording to assist the people outside. She was then told to turn the music down as they were disturbing the office staff! Quite rightly she explained that she paid for this time and space, and that Bedford Heights were fully aware of what they were taking money for. The instructor never expected to have disputes with other users of the facility, and was thoroughly upset. We definitely will not be coming back.
The 2 stars are for the receptionist and the rest of the building...as they were OK.

Today I went there to get my vaccination done. But I lost my way and entered through the wrong entrance. The receptionist there was very much kind hearted and accompanied me to the correct entrance. I don't know her name but may her life be filled with happiness. The place was very clean and spacious. I would visit there again.

Bedford Heights is a really clean, spacious and well-run office space. Very friendly and helpful staff (particular thanks goes to Mandy & Sue). All Modern facilities which includes cafe area, meeting space and shower facilities if you run, cycle or use other forms of sustainable transport to get there. Ample parking across 3 local sites. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm a business networking group leader and my group meets at Bedford Heights on a regular basis. The staff are very friendly and professional, the buildings have recently been refurbished to a very high standard and even the gardens look great. Highly recommended.

What can I say.. I personally love working here 🙂 Everyone from maintenance, receptionists, catering staff and management is supper friendly and never fails to go that extra mile to make all the tenants happy. On behalf of everyone at Designing World, I simply want to thank Bedford Heights and would recommend this place for any size business. Would give this place 10 stars if I could not just 5.

This a business complex to the north of Bedford. Providing large and small offices for companies. I a light area of town. With parking and a park nearby.

Good transport links and a reasonably priced restaurant. If you do have to go to work this is a nice place to do it.

Went today to deliver fire safety training to Langley House Trust. Some building works going on but little disruption. The venue is very modern, clean and tidy with a chic industrial look in some parts. There is an integral cafe which was superb serving good food and was very popular. The reception is on the 2nd floor with an extremely helpful receptionist. Sadly we didn't catch her name but she was an ideal 'front of house' representative for the complex. Overall a good experience.
