Totally recommend! Gemma was absolutely fantastic. We sold our house to emigrate to Australia, the sale fell through due to the seller changing their mind which delayed the process. Gemma was super efficient, supportive, helpful, always replied to our emails and kept us up to date even though we were living in Australia. She guided us through what was needed and completely everything quickly without any delays.

I was told by NHS that I could be dead by April 2024. Myers pulled out the strings for me, as I thought time was the essence. Still alive, still dodging the coffin. I think peace of mind was the most important thing for me. That's what Myers gave me. Thank you.

This is with regards to will writing, we all kick the can down the road (most of us). Just take a moment to think of the pickle you will leave in your wake and the pain it causes.

I'm very happy with my experience with Myers and Co and with Sarah Everton, who was my case handler. She was very patient and explained everything clearly to me, making sure that I was updated at each stage of my matter. She was also able to progress my matter quickly and all letters matched my instructions with no need for major amendments.

EDIT: I'm dropping this down to four stars as I later found out that I was given some incorrect advice. I still substantially achieved the objectives of my instructions, and I'm hopeful that there won't be negative consequences to the incorrect advice as I was able to enter the correct figures in my Schedule of Loss later in the matter, but I cannot fairly keep this at five stars given my awareness of the issue.

Very delayed and poor communication, straight forward sale, friend was buying my house so I got feedback that the buyers were constantly awaiting information from them, 3 months in and continually asking for further basic information which could have been sought weeks ago. Dealt with this company previously and felt appropriate to go back, however would no longer recommend, over 5 different people dealing with this sale, no continuity, rarely returned calls when I rang. Poor customer service

Great experience buying our first home with Myers & Co. We dealt with Gemma and Victoria throughout the process who were both extremely efficient. They updated us regularly regarding the progress of the home buying and explained everything well for us as first time buyers. I would absolutely use them again.

Enquired about some settlement advice.
Got a call from Sarah and missed it, called back and the receptionist was extremely rude, I said ‘hello, I’ve had a missed call from Sarah’, she just said ‘which one is it’ extremely unnecessary. Then when I spoke to Sarah, when I told her I was at risk of redundancy she didn’t even have any human elements about her, didn’t say sorry to hear that or anything. I knew immediately I didn’t want to handle my settlement with this company because they wouldn’t have put the client at the forefront but more so just closing and receiving their fee. I asked for a zoom call as opposed to a phone call as we would be going through a document, and I’m in a bad service area, Sarah, again responded rudely and harshly ‘I would prefer a phone call’ as if it was her who was at risk of redundancy. Honestly redundancy is already a stressful process and to have this company dehumanise me, I was so appalled. Would never recommend them.

Please note, Sarah Everton did not ask me how I was, she went straight into talking about the process and her fee. She did not state the zoom call wouldn’t work due to bad service, zoom calls are via the internet not through cellular data so how would that affect things? The company is lying. Please do not work with them. Also there being 2 Sarah’s at the company does not mean the receptionist was not rude about how she asked, I said can I speak to Sarah please, she said ‘which one is it, Everton or whoever else’, that was unnecessary and rude, how would I know there were two Sarah’s. The first interaction with a receptionist should be kind and warm, she could have said ‘We have 2 Sarah’s at the company, which one was your missed called from’, but instead it was cold, rude and unnecessary. I find the fact that the company is calling me a liar very laughable, please work on your customer service.
