A big thank you to the team at Integrar and in particular Josh and Katie (I think that was her name) from the customer services team. Always available on the phone, always polite and professional. My mortgage process was dealt with quickly and without any issues. The online tool was very easy to use and telephone communication was always followed up with an email. They were the appointed conveyancers on our remortgage. Very sloppy work - had to be chased many times for bank details, used the wrong email address (think data protection on highly sensitive information). If you have a choice, do not use them.

Process had been slow, however, yesterday I spoke with a gentleman called Chris (so sorry I can’t remember his surname!) and he managed to get everything done in less than 24hrs. When I read other reviews, I was worried about Integrar being appointed on my remortgage. However, they were excellent and incredibly efficient, regularly chasing me for outstanding items to make sure we completed on time. A very impressive team, thank you.

This has been the worst soliciting company I’ve ever used (out of three). Their communication was disorganized and ineffective from start to finish. They repeatedly sent automated email chasers to my landlord—who doesn’t even have an email—without making any effort to follow up properly.

They failed to scan a two-sided form THEY sent us to complete, then blamed us for the missing page without explanation, insisting we reprint it and pay for postage again. They also lost my leasehold after I mailed it to them and later asked me to pay for them to request a copy.

When waiting on bank action, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. After weeks of delays and repeated chasing on our part, they finally suggested that WE contact the bank ourselves—something they were paid to handle. One phone call later to the bank, we resolved the issue on our own.

The entire process dragged on for six months, and it would have taken even longer if we hadn’t constantly chased them. The company is completely fragmented, with no one properly overseeing cases. They rely far too much on automated chasers with little to no human oversight. Avoid them if you want a smooth, efficient process.

Terrible communication. I bought my house through them in November 2023 and they still haven't properly updated the title docs with the Land Registry. I have chased them several times about this and they didn't even respond to the last email I sent, and it's impossible to speak to your case handler on the phone.

Avoid like the plague. The worst company I have ever dealt with, they don’t care about you your case or any costs that you will incur due to their incompetence. They just give me excuse after excuse why things were not done, claiming they hadn’t received redemption statement for 3 weeks when I had proof they had been sent it 3 times. I had to pay nearly a thousand pound on variable mortgage rates due to completion been weeks late. Shocked NatWest actually still send customers to them. Utterly incompetent I find it hard to believe they are still in business. To top off on day of completion the email they have sent me has been blocked by knights plc who they work with. Still don’t know what’s going on.

Clueless, hopeless and worthy of their completely underwhelming rating. I was shocked to see a rating of 1.5/5 but after less than a week, it could not have been more obvious.

So far have supplied me with the wrong information and the advice wasted over a week of valuable time.
