This is the third family estate that I've resolved with Laura. She's great, I can't fault her. She is on top of everything, and is highly professional and personable. I've also used their conveyancing department and staff there were the same. I don't have a bad word to say. Was my family solicitor for a while. Felt they were great and probably still are. I was there this week again to collect papers and concerned and feels that it is losing the personal touch. I would definitely trust them in the legal areas but feel that they are become more professional & formal which 8s not what i want inorefwr a more peraonal professional partnership.

They are definitely good, if you can get on with your contact.

Very disappointing service. Instructed for conveyancing services, happy to take the money and then told they’re not on the approved panel of solicitors for Leeds building society. Said they could work around this but then failed to find anyone able to take on the work despite repeatedly being told by Andrew and Julie that they could. Decided to part ways and then had to chase after a week for a refund. Not easy to get hold of by phone and emails have no out of office reply on when staff only available 2 days a week. More than happy to take your money then delay giving it back.

We had, overall, a positive experience from Avery Walters representing us in both purchase and sale. Communication at times we felt was not as frequent or regular as we would have hoped for - but this was at a similar time as a loss of staff who was attached to our file. Most importantly - this improved as the things progressed and we feel there was very good communication and there was clearly ‘above and beyond’ work being done during a difficult purchase / sale as we worked towards exchange and completion.

I wrote my new will and 2 Lasting Power of Attorneys with the firm. Ellie my legal exec was very professional and patient .
Very reasonable legal charges and Avery & Waters donated my fee for my Will to St Gemma’s Hospice which I thought was great !

Even the lady at the reception is amazing she welcomes you with a big smile and is super helpful and relatable. All in all an amazing professional experience.
