Had 2 visits from Mick and he was super efficient, helpful and knowledgeable about getting ontop of our rodent issue in the kitchen - explained everything he was doing and why and what to do between visits - best news rat located and removed 😊

We were supported by Craig Ellis - he was on time, friendly, very efficient and did a great job.
He took care of the wasp nests we had and also checked our property to make sure we hadn’t missed any.

I have had other pest control out in the past , but this was by the far the best. I would highly recommend NBC . Craig Ellis was so thorough and identified the problem area very quickly . No one before had ever moved anything or dared to inspect in such detail. The problem was resolved pretty quickly , so no need for endless visits as with previous companies . Excellent work . If I ever need help again , I would definitely go with NBC , with a special request for Craig, who gave such good advice . Well done NBC

Phil Holmes came out to us only 24 hours after I called. Kept me updated on eta which was helpful. He was polite, knowledgable and professional and so far seems to have sorted the issue.

He's back to re-inspect in 10 days but he reassuringly said that if I needed to bring that appointment forward I could just call him to do that. Very flexible and helpful service.

Honestly the best and most professional company for anything pest related. We tried others before but none can come close to the spectrum of services and level of quality provided. Our 3rd time using here in Cambridge ARU and we will definitely use again! Well done NBC and special thanks to Anthony and Patrick for their efforts. Would and will recommend.

James H, was very professional , he rang to say he was delayed due to traffic, he then dealt with what was actually 3 wasp nests and not the one I had seen. Did not make any mess and was very friendly and informative on what he was doing , together with contact details in case the nests were not cleared within a couple of day , would certainly recommend James
