Peter Edwards was recommended to me by another solicitor.
I visited Peter who first gave me advice that was vital in helping me to understand the level of care and protection my highly vulnerable dad was entitled to under the law. He also gave me an extended awareness of my legal rights as my dads attorney.
Peter then gave me support in challenging a potential change in my dads care plan which I know will have been detrimental to his already very poor health had it have gone ahead.

Thanks to Peter our plea was successful and my dad has been awarded the care he very much needs to be well taken care of.

This is a sad story about a cat.

The wonderful folks at Peter Edwards Law act as power of attorney to an elderly client who regretfully has ended up in care, her cat was roaming around lonely that was recently diagnosed with a thyroid condition. I aimed to re-home the cat also elderly and unwell little guy and give him some attention and love as it was clear that he was lonely, doing the rounds looking for food, cuddles and so on!

One of the solicitors I was dealing with who I'll leave unnamed for privacy, corresponded with me during the handing over and care needs for this animal, they were so kind in this particular situation to offer to pay for his thyroid medication and relevant vet check ups pertaining to his needs. During all of this transition, we spoke on the phone and email and they were so happy that the cat they'd came attached to was getting a loving home so soon after all of this news.

Sadly, the poor little guy passed away after only a few days of being with me in the perhaps the most peaceful way I could imagine, I'd left classical music playing for him overnight while I was in work and when I got home and went to bed, he was listening to this as he passed away in the early hours of the morning right underneath where it was playing.

Peter Edwards Law so very kindly offered to cover his funeral costs and were personally devastated to hear the news about what happened.

I simply cannot thank them enough for all of their professionality, respect and personal kindness in this matter. I know that if I ever need any legal assistance within the parameters of what they offer, I would absolutely look no further than here. Highly recommend you seek them out should you need.

My father was appointed this firm by the Court of Protection first under private payments then through legal aid. Which paid for Solicitors who could not read court documents correctly which contained errors and Barristers who turned up with no information for a Judge. They pride theselves on Human Rights Issues also but there Client my father they never raised any safeguards simply ignored it even when visiting him probably because they were not getting paid for that issue at the time. I have no faith in this organisation like others who have reviewed on Google the legal trained gentlemen regarding his Brother who was also failed. I would like to speak to you if at all feasible?
