I was referred to McHale and Co. by Schroders Private Banking as I wished to have a Last Will and Testament written. My Solicitor was a lovely lady called Joy Marshall. Joy was very helpful, supportive, and accommodating throughout the whole process. She made sure that I understood everything and that we got everything right so there were no loose ends, meaning that once my Will was completed, I have complete peace of mind. On personal level, I found it quite a thought-provoking process, particularly in the light of my recent, personal life experiences, but Joy’s reassurance helped me though as she was so approachable, understanding, and relatable. In order to have my Will signed and witnessed, Joy and a colleague were able to visit my home when I was unable to attend the office, which was very accommodating of them. I would recommend Joy to anyone who asked me about getting a Last Will and Testament written. Joy is currently helping me with the process of setting up lasting Power of Attorney. I do not recommend this law firm, especially Mr. Paul Fitton It was an absolute waste of a lot of money and, most importantly, my time. The lack of any results in my case indicates his lack of experience. Instead of moving forward, I was taking steps backward. I absolutely discourage everyone from using his services. There was no help from him at all, and his proposals did not contribute anything to the case and only incurred additional costs. Switching quickly to another attorney allowed me to correct what he messed up and be fully satisfied with the achieved result.

I would not recommend. Little care or haste was shown when dealing with my terminally ill mother. The advice given in relation to her will was very poor. We sincerely wished we had gone with a different firm.
