Fantastic experience making my will with these guys. From the ease of registering online to my first contact with Dominic (Kelly) on the phone. He was warm friendly and accommodating. Felt completely at ease and i suffer with anxiety so quite the achievement Dominic. The home visit with Dave (Sillwood) was equally great. Again warm friendly and explained everything in a way I could understand. Answered all my questions and lovely into the bargain.

Derek was very informative. A charming man who probably has taken the anxiety out of my son’s lives when I die.
I feel it was a good decision to have the probate paid in advance and have a Power of Attorney for Health and Welfare. My Will needed updating too.

The person that came out to our address was very professional explaining everything in detail, stopping at each stage so we could arsk eneny questions. Made us very confident in what he was explaining. At no point was we made to feal preshered everything felt relaxed. So pleased I got this sorted.

We had a visit from one of your reps last night. We’d answered an advert advertising £19.99 wills, I don’t know how it resulted in a visit from yourselves trying to sell a product in excess of £4000. Your rep blamed it on a scam doing the rounds! He explained the product very well & answered any questions we had. Once we told him we’d like to think about it & get back to him his attitude changed. I asked him for a contact number, he replied that it was on the internet. He’d been making notes during our meeting, he held the papers aloft & tore them up in a very unprofessional manner.

Mark Scott arrived on time and spent 2 hrs explaining everything clearly. We have a 14 day cooling off period but we will surely take out the product. It's comforting to have a company there to work for us and to ask questions if necessary.

Planning LTD regarding making my will and preserving my estate. He explained in detail what was best for me (and no doubt his company ?) I’m very happy with everything and so I’ve signed up. This gives me peace of mind and it will make it much easier for the family once I’ve shuffled off this mortal coil, which is how I think it should be.

Aaron took me through a thorough presentation with no hard sell, explaining all the advantages of future financial planning to benefit my children after my death. I feel that I am one step closer to peace of mind concerning my end of life planning.
